2. Payment Terms Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method for all orders within Pakistan.
Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
Refusal to accept or pay for a confirmed order may lead to a temporary or permanent ban from future purchases.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched through reputable courier services across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the customer’s location.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Claims

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Proof of damage (photo or video) must be provided via WhatsApp or email.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the fault lies with Hareem Beauty Care.
We do not accept returns or offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
